Common questions

Where are my saved photos? Signed-in photo exports are kept under Profile → My keeucs. Saving to Photos also creates a copy in your iPhone's Photos library.

How do I delete my account? Open Profile → Delete account in the iPhone app, verify the same Apple or Google account, and confirm. If a service is temporarily unavailable, retry or contact us below.

How do I change privacy choices? Open Profile → Privacy. Optional analytics and photo location are off by default.

Include your account email for account requests. Please do not include passwords, signing keys, payment details or private photos.
