1Who we are
Keeuc is made and operated by Techies Lab ("Keeuc", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the Keeuc website, the web app at keeuc.techieslab.app and the Keeuc iPhone app (together, "Keeuc").
By using Keeuc you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Keeuc.
2Who can use Keeuc
You must be at least 13 years old to use Keeuc. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian to be okay with you using Keeuc and with these terms.
3Your account
You can use Keeuc without an account to make a card. To save keeucs, collect keeuces or use features across devices, you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
4Your photos and videos
Your photos and videos stay yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
To make Keeuc work, you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, display and store the photos and videos you choose, only as needed to create the effects you ask for, show your keeucs back to you, and let you save or share them. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them for advertising or to train AI models. The privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, and that it does not break anyone's rights or the law. You are responsible for what you share outside Keeuc, for example on Instagram.
5What you may not do
Please be kind and use Keeuc the way it is meant to be used. Do not:
- upload content that is illegal, or that shows or sexualizes children;
- upload content that harasses, threatens or exposes other people, or that you do not have the right to use;
- try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer Keeuc, or get around its limits;
- use bots, fake accounts or tricks to earn keeuces or invite rewards;
- pretend to be someone else or use Keeuc to mislead people.
6Keeuces and rewards
Keeuc is free. You can earn keeuces by using Keeuc, for example by checking in or inviting friends, and exclusive extras unlock with keeuces, never with money.
- Keeuces have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- We may change how keeuces are earned or used, and we may adjust or remove keeuces that were earned by misuse or by mistake.
- Invite rewards depend on real people joining. Fake or repeated sign-ups do not count.
7What belongs to Keeuc
The Keeuc app, name, logo, frames, papers, stickers and effects belong to Techies Lab or the people who license them to us. Some parts use third-party software.
You can use the finished keeucs you make for yourself and share them on social media. Please do not copy, resell or repackage our frames, papers, stickers or code on their own.
8The service and changes
We work hard to keep Keeuc running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Effects can look different from one photo to another, and features may change, pause or end. We may update Keeuc, and the iPhone app also follows the terms of the App Store.
Keep your own copy of your original photos. Keeuc is not a backup service.
9Ending your use
You can stop using Keeuc at any time. To delete your account, open Profile, then Delete account in the iPhone app, or contact us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
10Responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Techies Lab is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content, that come from using Keeuc. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
11Copyright and reports
If you think something on Keeuc uses your work without permission, or you see content that breaks these terms, write to [email protected] with a link or a description, and we will look into it.
12Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for big changes we will tell you in Keeuc. If you keep using Keeuc after a change, you accept the new terms.
